CANCELLATION-

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so by sending as an email on intrendforever@yahoo.com within 6 hours of placing an order.

Once shipped the order cannot be cancelled.

RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS-

Currently we do not support any kind of returns.

Incase you wish to exchange any product like beachwear kaftan or Indian ethnic wear due to size issues, please contact us through whatsapp or email and we will be glad to assist you.

Once an exchange request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 3-4 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 2-3 days to initiate exchange after successful product inspection of the product sent by you for quality check. Within 7 days your exchange will be shipped from our warehouse.

In rare cases of product lost during transit or damaged in transit, full refund will be credited or new product will be shipped out to you.
